Returns & Exchanges
Returns are a pain, we get it. As a small business we're trying our best to make this as easy as possible.

Ok, so returns it is:
1. Please return the blanket to:
Snuggery Home, Otters Brook Fulfilmentcrowd, Otters Brook Ty Coch Way Cwmbran, South Wales, NP44 7EZ, United Kingdom
2. Please enter a note when returning to let our fulfilment centre know the order number & reason for return. 
3. Once the fulfilment centre has notified us they have received your return we will process the full refund as per the refund policy below. 
You can use any box, bag or super large envelope you wish. As long as you name and order number is in there, we've got you. We don't accept delivery by owl or messenger pigeon, sorry!
 
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account dependant on your provider. 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sorry (and we really do mean sorry), we just can't cover this at the moment as a small business. 
Once everyone buys some more blankets, this will become free in the future. Pinky promise. 
 
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery date providing the blanket is returned in it's original condition including any tags and packaging (if it is still useable). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty of course). 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. 
 
Threads & Defects
In the business of blankets, threads and loose threads do happen. Although we have both quality assurance in our factory and in the warehouse, it's simply the nature of the item. 
If you're cat or dog decides to attack the blanket and create nicks and loose threads, it's now their blanket. Be a good pet owner and accept it's fate!
